When I first started wedding photography, most of my weddings were based near Newport, I have no idea why, it just happened that way! So when Llanelli weddings popped up, I was over the moon! That didn’t last long, but that’s ok, as wanted to start venturing out further afield. With a close network of wedding photographers around South Wales, I get the opportunity to second shoot for others, and therefore, getting to go round South Wales a lot more.
Ever since travelling the world on my own, vising exotic countries like Thailand, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Australia and America. The travel bug was caught. I love travelling and seeing new places, intentionally choosing holiday destinations that I never visited before.
Recently, I had a short visit to Hong Kong, and I took the opportunity to photograph Edward and Yan. I was in the middle of a very busy shopping centre, and just wanted to get something completely different to what I was used to. I loved this first photo of the shoppers passing-by, it was my intention to get the people blurred out. You wouldn’t believe how difficult it was, people see a camera, and they’ll stop and wait for you to take the photo – “No, you’re supposed to be IN the photo” I cried under my breath! 😀
