I’ve known Amy for years, she married to one of my good friends. So when she asked me to photograph her parent’s wedding, it was such an honour and privilege.

Winter Wedding

Sue and Phil got married at Llanelli Registry Office, which is at Llanelli Town Hall, around the corner from my home. Two minute commute, result! They only wanted short coverage, so I turned up before the ceremony, actually photographed the groups and bride and groom portraits before the ceremony, before heading off inside to photograph the actual ceremony. A first for me, it would be so nice to do weddings this way, but it’ll never work, as the bride and groom would have to see each before getting married! Although I can still get great wedding photos when it’s dark, Sue and Phil wanted some daylight photographs of them, hence doing it this way around 🙂

Sue and Phil has been together for years already, I could just see the love between them! So when it came to posing them for photos, it was more like just guiding them! Leave a comment, would you do it the other way around too?
